Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 7 days of collection/ delivery date will result in a loss of your 50% deposit.
If you wish to make changes to your cake design, this must be agreed upon in writing 14 days prior to your booking.
Please ensure you arrive during the collection time agreed upon, if you are late we may not be available to complete the collection that day. Collection address will be provided to you in your invoice.
If you need to make minor adjustments to your collection or delivery time, this must be agreed upon in writing.
When confirming an order by making a 50% deposit or full payment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined. Terms and conditions are subject to change with no notice.
Payment
A deposit of 50% must be made to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days prior to your collection/ delivery date.
If your cake is ordered for a date less than 14 days away, 100% of the payment must be made upfront.
Liability & Damages
Crema is not liable for damages post-collection. Please see our cake care guide to review how to best transport your cake. If your cake does get damaged from transportation or handling, we will endeavor to assist you on how to fix it, subject to our availability.
Products are home made in a kitchen where high risk allergens are prepared such as nuts, dairy, egg, gluten and sesame. Crema does not currently cater for specific allergies. Inedible decorations and support material must be removed before consumption. These may include flowers, ribbons, boards, dowels, toppers, candles, wires and toothpicks etc.
Cakes are perishable products, post-collection/ delivery it is your responsibility to ensure the product is stored correctly in a refrigerator and consumed within a safe timeframe. If you have any concerns about the quality or flavour of your product, please email us within 48 hours of your event.
Crema would love to see your inspiration photos and we will strive to adhere to your design and colour requests. Please note we cannot copy another creators designs exactly and we will produce our own version.
