Cake Care
-
Ensure the cake is always carried upright and held from the base.
A passenger can hold the box on their lap or place the box on the passenger seat floor, then fill the empty space so it doesn’t slide.
Always keep the AC on to keep the cake cool.
-
It’s best to keep the cake in the box in the fridge.
Ensure the cake is always on a flat sturdy surface. Do not display the cake in direct sunlight or high humidity as the buttercream will melt.
Cakes are best eaten fresh and at room temperature (19-25°C). Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Leftovers can be frozen by tightly wrapping in plastic wrap.

-
Allow the cake to come to room temperature (19-25°), 2 hours prior to consumption so the buttercream can soften.
Remove inedible decorations such as flowers, cake toppers, ribbons and dowels etc. Dowels are support structures inserted through the cake.
To cut into a grid, place a cutting board against the cake vertically and using a long thin knife, cut into strips. Then cut strips into desired square serving sizes.
-
If your cake has fresh florals, please collect and consume on the day of your event. Flowers will begin to wilt once out of water.
